We have set up the basic guidelines for your location selection. With these guidelines, we have been able to create the perfect range of space to optimize success and profitability. The prospective location size should range from 1,500 square feet to 2,000 square feet. Our team also has a Realtor on hand to help with any lease negotiations as well as make finding your perfect location easy and effortless.
Training
With our comprehensive training program, running an Over The Top Pita franchise will be easy and seamless. We have designed a program that consists of 18 hours of in-classroom training and 78 hours of hands-on training. We allow the franchisee and one other college to join our 2-week training program. We extensively cover every aspect of the company and its procedures. With this training, you will gain the knowledge and experience needed to run your franchise.
Operations
It is our mission to help keep your operation running as smoothly as possible! Over The Top Pita has designed a detailed and well-thought-out Standard Operating Procedures plan for the franchisee and staff members. We also have a list of all vendors, support teams, and companies affiliated with Over The Top Pita to ensure the operation runs smoothly.

With our extensive marketing team, we have all of the tools needed to help with any marketing and branding for your location. From in-store promotions to social media, our team has designed the artwork and necessities needed to draw people to your location.
